What you will do?* Plans, coordinates, and performs manufacturing engineering work for a projector process, in this position for projects related to Tractor EPDP programs.
Implement each one of the deliverables of EPDP phases by designing process routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, methods documentation, quality plans and labor standards for revisions to current operations and/or new parts or programs of limited scope.
Works and fixes issues related to DPQ and PRCT with Product Engineering and Global Manufacturing Engineering at appropriate Vehicle Assembly, Transmission & Engine Design.
Initiate / conduct program level PFMEAs (Process Failure Modes Effect Analysis).
Design, construction, integration, plant installation, successful launch and continuous improvement of equipment, tooling and gaging required in assembly process for the production of high quality Tractor components.
Work may involve development and testing of advanced process technology.
Establish a sustainable strategy for Assembly tools considering design, preventive maintenance and backup plan.
Assure the MBOM accuracy 100% thought the year related to OFP and EPDP projects.
Innovates and implements cost reduction, Distinctive Quality, safety and ergonomic projects for new and current processes.
What you’ll take?* 3 to 4 Years of experience in Metal Mechanical Industry in manufacturing process or areas related to Assembly operations, Metal fabrication, Machining and Painting.
English at a proficiency level, TOEFL> 500 points.
Project management skills.
Critical Knowledge: SAP Proficient level in MBOM Configuration, EPDP Proficient understanding of deliverables and milestones of each one of the phases, GD&T.
Assembly Standards (Hydraulic, Electrical, Mechanical) understanding and proved experience on standard applications.
Factory master plan Management and capital budget.
JDQPS Fully understanding manufacturing criteria's.
Virtual build management.
Wplanner full understanding.
Mechanical, Mechanical Administrator or Mechanical Electrical Engineering Majored.
- MBA Administration or Manufacturing areas (Desired)
