What you will do?

(This is a temporary position for 24 months)

  • Provides support and basic trouble shooting for current Assembly Operations or the Core process assigned to the position.

  • Investigates, gathers and analyze data for specifically Issues assigned, related to Quality (DPQ,PRCT, First Pass Yield, Process Audit, Finish Goods Audit,NCCA) and close those issues assigned to the core Area.

  • Meets and sustain the assembly standards or standard of the core competence that this position has under its responsibility.

  • Manages and Implement Workflows assigned to his area and establishes routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, methods documentation, quality plans and labor standards for revisions to current operations and/or new parts or programs of limited scope.

  • Identifies and implements cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas of limited scope, including ideas that comes from the Daily CI Process.

  • Works with electronic tools (JDAAT, MES, etc.) To perform engineering functions that increases and sustains Product quality and process efficiency all along the process.

  • Develops and implements plans of limited scope to support lean manufacturing through the JDQPS.

  • Designs operations layouts to improve material flow and material presentation.

  • Participates in team studies related to capacity, energy, productivity and efficiency.

  • Contribute to implement new manufacturing processes and technology according to the Technology Roadmap planned for the Factory.

  • Implements and executes projects related to Line Balancing as a process.

What you’ll take?

  • 1 to 2 Years of experience in Metal Mechanical Industry in manufacturing process or areas related to Assembly operations, Metal fabrication, Machining and Painting.

  • English at a proficiency level, TOEFL> 500 points.

  • Project management skills.

  • Critical Knowledge: Assembly Standards (Hydraulic,Electrical , Mechanical) understanding and proved experience on standard applications. SAP|MBOM,Parameters & Routings, Machine Load, WorkFlows Wplanner/MPM Link/MPPlanner full understanding.

  • EPDP general understanding of deliverables and milestones of each one of the phases.

  • GD&T.

  • JDQPS Fully understanding manufacturing criteria's.

  • Industrial Engineering (Line Balancing as a process strategy)

  • Degree in Mechanical, Mechanical Administrator, Mechanical Electrical Engineering.


Assembly Standards Line Design (Good Understanding) Product configuration and MES. MBOM configuration and management. EPDP (Good understanding) IE Basics. WPlanner PDM Hydraulic & Electrical Standards. Shop floor Execution. SAP (MES, PP , PDM ) Proficient. Data management Root cause Analysis. English proficient level. At least 1 yr of experience in : SAP Management Assembly line design. Manufacturing Process Implementation
