Overview of Job Function:

The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies designed to develop new business and grow existing accounts to increase both top and bottom line. This includesoverallaccount management (bookings, client communications through to monitoring timely contract payments), business development operations, pipeline forecasting, sales strategy. The successful candidate will take ownership of growing both traditional and channel sales revenue streams. The Sales Director will be accountable for an individual quota within the CALA Region (Mexico) and will be responsible for meeting bookings targets through executing a business driven sales methodology which links the Verint Systems, Inc. Communications & Cyber Intelligence Solutions (CIS) business with the prospects’ operational needs to create a competitive advantage. Special emphasis on sellingintothe various Mexican Federal agencies and states Government as well as Communication service providers.

Sales will be direct and through channels.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement sales and marketing strategy within the government and Telecom sectors in Mexico

  • Manage new and existing sales processes designed to achieve bookings and revenues target

  • Maintain effective relationships with established key customer and partners by monitoring installed systems and developing strategies to maximize revenue opportunities through expansions and upgrades and additional systems.

  • Compile information and data related to partner, customer and prospect interactions.

  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.

  • Lead sales strategy for new business development.

  • Develop infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function

  • Provide management with accurate and timely reporting of activities including weekly and monthly sales forecasts, the status of the sales pipeline and results of prospecting activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required and/or equivalent work experience

  • 5 years’ experience in account management,accountplanning, business development with large / enterprise customers.

  • Experience selling complexsecurity basedtechnology solutions to Federal, State & Local Government Agencies in Mexico.

  • Prior experience in selling and presenting IT Security or Cyber security solutions

  • Comprehensive experience with both direct sales andin-directsales through integrators and partners, leveraging a strong network of relationships.

  • Strong closing techniques with a proven history of high dollar sales success within the security space.

  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills withabilityto interface with all levels of an organization.

  • Prior experience with reading and analyzing large scale/government RFPs and preparing, writing and submitting detailed responses designed to win the business.

  • Must be self-motivated and willing to work with minimal supervision.

  • Strong sense of business ethics and personal integrity.

  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC and Social Security Verification.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven success in selling to the Mexican government
