We are looking for a highly-motivated and creative student currently enrolled in a university program with a focus on computer science or related who has solid experience to the scope of his/her grade. The candidate will work with local GEIQ Infrastructure team, generating and facilitating data solutions based on client’s needs and serve as technical expert on assigned specific applications.
This is a a part-time schedule internship, during which time the student must be enrolled and pursing a degree.
Responsible for the maintenance of in-place programs
Generation of data solutions.
Business specific web applications development and support.
Software development projects.
Strong work ethic; able to meet commitments and deadlines
Good team player with interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal skills (Spanish & English)
Strong knowledge of Web Development Languages (HTML5, JS, CSS3 & PHP)
Wide SQL Experience.
Project implementation experience on multi-platforms.
Knowledge of IT systems, tools and new development technologies.
Energetic and self-motivated with the ability to quickly embrace and understand new technologies.
Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and produce high quality products.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to assimilate new information, understand complex topics.
