Serve as everyday contact for Cafeteria supplier
Coordinate engagement activities for assigned teams
Develop and maintain area metrics
Support a wide variety of projects
Support other HR teams in specific activities
Support for HR operational processes (onboarding/offboarding, manage GCRM, facilities management)
Support continuous improvement of HR projects & HR policies
Manage internal HR communications through social networking
University student with full-time academic coursework (any degree program)
Spoken & written English proficiency
MS PowerPoint, Word & Excel experience
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
Oral & written communication skills
Ability to set & effectively communicate priorities
Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
Strong desire to manage external vendors & influence internal team members
Proactive, curious, committed, detail-oriented
