This is a two year program that involves assignments. While interacting with Eatonleaders during your assignments and at
conferences, you’ll have the chance to deliver project progress presentations toplant leadership teams.

The purpose of this program is to develop human resources professionals with a strong focus on Human Resources who have the breadth of experience and knowledge required to be a successful leader in a fast-paced, global
organization. Take advantage of this great opportunity to build your career! During this two-year program, you will gain valuable experience working in HR department. These experiences will give you the chance to interact with key leaders in different businesses and receive multiple networking and training opportunities. The program includes a full leadership development curriculum and program alongside the functional learning and development. After completion of the program, you will be prepared to take on a role as a human resources specialist, human resources supervisor, human resources generalist, etc. Alumni of the program currently hold positions as vice president of HR programs, director of HR operations, ombudsman, division HR manager and human resources manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or similar (graduation date between May 2015
June 2017), with an average of 8.0 or higher
Community and campus activity with leadership roles
Relevant internship or co-op experience
High potential/high interest to develop as future manager
Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
