Kellogg Senior Revenue Growth Management Manager in QUERÉTARO, Mexico
Grow with us as Revenue Growth Management Latin America in the Kellogg LA Team. In this position you will be responsible for ensure profitable and sustainable growth based on price analysis and impacts & trade investment optimization, with processes, tools and people as capabilities enablers.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In this role, you will be part of our success by:
Set the right price in the right place
Alignment according to Regional Price Strategy (Non promo price – Promo price): Assure regional price strategy is being implemented for every country and adjust when necessary.
Retail environment coexistence: Assure price strategy is in accordance with retail environment shopper needs giving an added value proposal for every retail environment.
Get financial P&L evaluation for price proposal scenarios.
Evaluate and minimize risk on price decisions across the region. Variable investment & fixed allowance
Assure efficiency through offering feasible trade investment scenarios and recommendations (annual price sheet).
Provide price promotional guidelines.
Assure RM proposals are the best option to maximize revenue in terms of ROI and incremental volume.
Update promoted price optimization tools in due time and form. What is it for the clients?
To work together with client’s pricing department in order to become a category price specialist consultant.
To assure Kellogg is giving an added value proposal for clients through relevant margin and relevant price points. Monitoring and Analysis
Create scorecards to monitor price performance and ensure price strategy execution.
Lead ad-hoc analysis by creating strategic links among different sources of information
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Undergraduate business degree or other discipline (e.g., mathematics, economics) that requires extensive quantitative knowledge
Demonstrated professional and academic success
Experience in sales
1 - 2 years of FMCG experience is preferred
Interpersonal and other knowledge, skills and attributes required:
Communication skills: advanced writing and communication skills, able to interact and persuade individuals at levels senior to him or her, as well as to actively participate in meetings and group discussions with individuals from various parts of the organization (e.g., marketing, sales, finance).
Analytical skills: the individual must be able to follow detailed instructions to perform complicated financial analysis, as well as to determine basic analyses required to support the regions in their pricing decisions (e.g., structure the problem, collect data, identify issues, and present results).
Computer skills: familiarity with computers and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
