Kellogg Customer Service & Logistics Analyst in QUERÉTARO, Mexico

Grow with us as Entry Financial Professional- CS&L in Kellogg Global Business Services (GBS). You will play a key role by being responsible for executing activities of the assigned OTC–CS&L processes, such as CS&L, order management, billing, export documentation, front and back office activities in order to provide high quality services to internal and external clients.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In this role, you will be part of our success by:

  • Generation and follow up of the LATAM orders and shipments including documentation ensuring fully compliance of export requirements for all countries.

  • Customer service activities, providing response/solutions in a timely manner to requirements from external and internal customers.

  • Support on claims process through the identification and analysis of customer disputes.

  • Provide KPIs and operational indicators, understanding root causes.

  • Generation and validation of intercompany and commercial invoices.

  • Manage samples process.

  • Identify simplification, standardization and automatization opportunities on the daily activities and processes.

  • Identify and communicate process issues and opportunities to the supervisor/ team leader.

  • Listens and communicates effectively within the team and all other areas involve, building a win-win networking relationship.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

Required:

  • Must have PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills and be detail-oriented.

  • English proficiency (advance), capable of maintaining business conversations.

  • Preferred experience on Customer Service, Distribution area, Supply Chain & Logistics

Preferred:

  • Experience using SAP or other financial planning systems.

  • Experience on Customer Service, Distribution area, Supply Chain & Logistics
