Purpose of role
Responsibility of Top Client Managers in the Hubs will serve the most important clients of the entire division (Hubs + Rest of Regions).
Develop and maintain a long term business relationship with top clients in order to create new business opportunities
Top Clients are considered those Relevant Clients with the highest profitability.
Responsibility of strategies and execution’s initiatives of central area.
Responsibility of Zone Directors.
Manage and deepen the comprehensive relationship with top customers, offering comprehensive financial solutions according to their needs and ensuring the profitability of their businesses.
Detect the client´s needs for new business business opportunities, through the knowledge, diagnosis and permanent contact with them.
Work in collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries; willing to break down business and/or functional silos to optimize results.
Strategic thinking and analytic skills.
Primary objective of the Commercial Bank Head is to develop, manage and continue growing a sustainable Commercial Bank franchise in the country.
Implement an effective business strategy, product & process capability, a strong value proposition and marketing infrastructure for the target market.
Close partnership with all businesses (onebank) and mainly with CCB’s key partners (TTS, Markets, Risk, GCB, etc.)
Close partnership with risk to ensure the right credit approach (program and procedures) is in place to allow growth of the credit portfolio, yet with quality avoiding negative selection names.
Full responsibility for P/L of the commercial business, i.e. revenues, expenses, allocations, CoC and adequate returns on capital as well as sound operating efficiency – drive a balance scorecard.
Responsibility for quality of the credit portfolio, origination in line with target market, problem recognition and CoC within Plan.
Execution of strategic initiatives lauched centrally at all levels (group, bank commercial market and EIB), in order to achieve the financial and business objectives.
Administrate the credit relationship of the client, coordinating and supervising the entire process, ensuring the proper application of policies and institutional process.
Strong credit knowledge and its process, Cash products, Treasury instruments, Segment of Government, excellent abilities for relations
Advanced English (required)
Need experience to coordinate different expertise teams to provide an exceptional experience.
Experience in specialized loans, cash management and payroll products.
Strong knowledge and understanding in own field or discipline AND basic knowledge of other areas of the business.

Ability to select appropriate communication channel for delivery of the message when addressing diverse audiences i.e Products / TTS / FX / Risk / Credit
