Talent Acquisition Generalist - temporary role
Description Our Sr. Talent Acquisition Generalist working from our Monterrey Office carries out day-to-day talent acquisition efforts to fill complex positions across a number of functions while providing great customer service to both internal and external candidates by leading and driving the Talent Acquisition process from start to finish.
Specific responsibilities: * Assists managers in validating position requirements and provides consultative feedback and direction about external labor market conditions, candidate needs, and sourcing and candidate selection strategy. * Create and prepare regular reports to demonstrate recruiting data, success rates, and various associated metrics. * Manage data captured for recruitment performance scorecards. * Monitor the effectiveness of recruiting tools and provide recommendations for enhancements * Contribute to an excellent candidate experience for all applicants * Prepare presentations as needed to convey recruiting information to business leaders using charts, graphs and other presentation resources. * Identify sector and business trends including competitive intelligence data. * Utilize Talent Acquisition tools to provide reliable reporting and an effective information source for TA leadership, HR Business Partners, sector leadership and hiring managers. Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 Years minimum experience.
