Johnson Controls Admin - Coordinator in Nuevo León, Mexico

PRINCIPAL DUTIES: 1. Act as the point of contact between management and internal/external clients

  1. Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence

  2. Handle requests and queries appropriately

  3. Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders

  4. Make travel arrangements

  5. Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data

  6. Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers

  7. Produce reports, presentations and briefs

  8. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system



  9. Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in other secretarial position

  10. Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

  11. Excellent knowledge of MS Office

  12. Proficiency in English

  13. Exemplary planning and time management skills

  14. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

  15. High level verbal and written communications skills

  16. Discretion and confidentiality

  17. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    1. Plus with a technical degree in Finance or accounting areas.
