Job Title Quality and Product Manager

The Quality Manager Is responsible for the excelence of quality results, strategy and process according to the company goals of his/her area/products within the FF BS.
Must be able to lead teams and be highly self directed. He/she will have Team Leaders of Product & Quality Engineer under direct responsibility
In new products introduction is responsible to prepare:
• Safe Launch
• Process control plan.
• Procedures for traceability system
• Failures and defects codes.
• Final Test procedure
Follow up and improve quality to achieve goals (DPMO, NCC1, FPY, 0km ppm, Warranty ppm).
Analyze statistical data to promote corrective actions
Report and follow up issues with defective material.
Get involved in internal y external audits (ISOTS16949)
Coordinate 8D teams.
Follow up, along with his Staff and Quality Supervisors, to all corrective actions to ensure they were effective to eliminate the cause of the nonconformances.
Engineering degree; Ideal: Post graduate courses to Quality Control and Manufacturing processes. English 90%.
Good knowledge of the Problem Solving techniques (5P or 8D). Basic understanding of quality tools (charts, Pareto, histograms, control charts, ppm charts, etc). *Working knowledge of electronic assembly workmanship and quality standards. *Hands-on and theoretical electronic assembly knowledge. Preferred on auto insertion equipment.Good Knowledge on ISO/TS 16949 and Automotive Industry requirements (i.e. GM, Ford, DCX. * 6 years experience.
