Eaton Corporation Development & Training Coordinator in NLE, Mexico
The position will be responsible for lead all the development & training programs and initiatives as well the execution of the communication plan along the Monterrey site and responsible to comply with the requirements by ISO, EBE, Mexican Labor Law (STPS) and other corporate requirements on Development & training matters. Assisting the HR Manager to complete the strategic position of competencies development contents in the Monterrey strategic plan.
Responsible for the annual development and training detection needs.
Development and implementation of skills matrix for hourly employees.
Development of the training and Development matrix for administrative employees, based on APEX employee developments needs.
Follow up and make sure of the effectiveness of the technical skills development programs in place; tool makers, sustain Engineering, Lift truck drives, press operations, etc.
Develop the "train the trainers" internal programs.
Active member of the ERG to cover development initiatives as Onboarding, Eaton Buddy, etc.
Prepare and consolidate statistical training and development reports.
Fulfill the update and training data management for law and Corporate guidelines.
Keep accurate an update training budget, training matrix
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
College degree in administration, business, psychology or similar.
English-language capability, speaking, reading & writing required.
5+ years of experience in Human Resources in the Development & Training field.
Adept at development and utilization of software solutions.
Solid knowledge in Law compliance.
