YOUR TASKS

  • Acquisition: Offer preparing and coordination of negotiations with customer VW and Tiers
  • Commercial negotiation of change management
  • Establish and maintain personal contact with the customer
  • Maintain communication to Sales and Program Management in Mexico and Germany
  • Monitor the market situation, competitor activities, customer requirements and trends
  • Involved in carrying out the necessary measures to achieve the departmental targets
  • Receiving RFQ’s from customer, communicate customer demands into the project teams, controlling of in time delivery to the customer, initiate invoicing
  • Management of volumes & capacities and introduction in the corresponding tools
  • Align packaging and logistics concepts and pricing with the HAM logistic department, the project teams and the customer
  • Ensure reimbursements in time and coordinate the necessary documention
  • Handling of customer portals and HELLA tools
  • Escalation management
  • Participation in project teams, cross-functional workshops and discussions
  • Support of other HAM departments and global HELLA companies

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Automotive or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
  • 3-4 years working experience within the automotive industry
  • (Technical) Sales skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent German and good English language skills
