AT&T Technical Specialist in Monterrey, Mexico

Technical support and Project Management tasks to support the CEMEX LAN Refresh (+4,000 devices).

During migration it may require to perform support diagnosis and troubleshoot issues.

Coordinate the implementation teams on a global basis.

Assist in definition of network arquitecture and solution to be implemented.

Service Management and Customer oriented.

Work with high level of stress.

Execution of project will require a 7X24 availability.

Interact with IBM/IBM Customer, AT&T, Vendors and Suppliers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Technical support and Project Management tasks to support the CEMEX LAN Refresh (+4,000 devices).

Key Competencies and Skills:

PM and ITIL Certified with technical Network background and knowledge.

Cisco CCNP Certified. Cisco CCIE path started. Knowledge of Cisco (Nexus / Blade switches).

Multibrand knowledge preferred in switching and routing (Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, IBM etc.)

Good relationship with customers with leadership skills and capable to work under high stress.

Fluent Spanish and English speaking.

Education and Qualifications::

Bachellor Degree in Computer Systems, Telecommunications, Electronics or similar.

Project Management Certified

Cisco CCNA Certified

Cisco CCNP Certified

Cisco CCCIE Certified Preferred

ITIL Knowledge or Certified.
