Role Summary:

Provide professional & proactive administrative support to the GE Talent Acquisition team as part of the Latin America Talent Recruitment organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong working relationship with the GE Talent Acquisition and HR community through timely and accurate administration of recruitment processes, ensuring effective communication.

  • Lead interview scheduling logistics and travel reimbursement management, provide administrative support to vacancies through the hiring process and offer letters/contracts

  • Meet core key performance metrics of quality & accuracy measures, timeliness of work, positive feedback from internal stakeholders and candidates.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Student on any major related to Human Resources or administration, from 7th to 8th grade.

  • Some experience in HR Administration role, ideally within a multi-national organization

  • Ability to priorities multiple tasks & work to deadlines

  • Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics

  • Excellent attention to details and customer service

  • Excellent written and verbal communications

  • Ability to work proactively with remote client base

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with professional communication skills.

  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges

Desired Characteristics:

  • HR Shared Service experience

  • Experience in administrating staffing or on-boarding processes

  • Experience administrating Taleo or Kenexa

  • Conversational Portuguese and or French
