Provide professional & proactive administrative support to the GE Talent Acquisition team as part of the Latin America Talent Recruitment organization.
Develop a strong working relationship with the GE Talent Acquisition and HR community through timely and accurate administration of recruitment processes, ensuring effective communication.
Lead interview scheduling logistics and travel reimbursement management, provide administrative support to vacancies through the hiring process and offer letters/contracts
Meet core key performance metrics of quality & accuracy measures, timeliness of work, positive feedback from internal stakeholders and candidates.
Bachelor’s Degree Student on any major related to Human Resources or administration, from 7th to 8th grade.
Some experience in HR Administration role, ideally within a multi-national organization
Ability to priorities multiple tasks & work to deadlines
Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics
Excellent attention to details and customer service
Excellent written and verbal communications
Ability to work proactively with remote client base
Fluency in Spanish and English, with professional communication skills.
Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges
HR Shared Service experience
Experience in administrating staffing or on-boarding processes
Experience administrating Taleo or Kenexa
Conversational Portuguese and or French
