Role Summary:

Provide professional & proactive administrative support to the GE Talent Acquisition team as part of the Latin America Talent Recruitment organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong working relationship with the GE Talent Acquisition and HR community through timely and accurate administration of recruitment processes, ensuring effective communication.

  • Tracking of Positions to ensure Talent Acquisition Metrics Objectives are meet.

  • Follow up On Hold posts, Open posts with 60+ days not updated

  • Meet core key performance metrics of quality & accuracy measures, timeliness of work, positive feedback from internal stakeholders and candidates.

  • Develop a fast paced tracking tool based on the Global Metrics Dashboard to report on a timely basisReport to the Talent Acquisitions Executive Director.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Student on any major related to Engineering or administration, from 7th to 9th grade.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks & work to deadlines

  • Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics

  • Excellent attention to details and customer service

  • Fluent in English and spanish, written and verbal

  • Strong Excel and Power Point skills

Desired Characteristics:

HR Shared Service experience

Experience administrating Taleo or Kenexa

Conversational Portuguese and or French
