Philips Lighting Product Support Representative in Monterrey, Mexico

Your responsibilities

  • Internal and external technical support of products related to features, installation, ratings and performance. Provide an appropriate response to all technical inquires.

  • Review of technical information for product literature and website as requested. Review instruction, specification and brochure technical data for all new releases. Review existing literature as needed.

  • Provide technical training for customer service and sales personnel as needed.

  • Maintenance of accurate records of performance and report weekly.

  • Support initiation of New Item Setup as requested.

  • Improves customer experience and satisfaction through handling of customers via telephone, Internet, e-mail and instant messaging (chat).

  • Answers incoming calls (inbound) from customers to answer enquiries and questions, handles complaints, troubleshoot s problems, provides information and to gathers sales leads.

  • Interacts by phone (outbound) with customers to make appointments, collects information, conducts follow-up or solicits orders for goods or services (lead generation)
