Work Location: Monterrey, Mexico Travel: Occasionally based on the project need.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Provide Level 2 support to the Schneider Electric users of O365 tools like Outlook, OneNote, Teams, Planner etc.

Create end user training documentation and in some cases, provide remote or in person trainings to end users.

Work closely with Microsoft to understand the application roadmap and understand all the technical pre-requisites

Conduct root cause analysis of issues seen and create necessary documentation which can be shared with the L1 support teams

Technical Competencies

Demonstrate good understanding of IT systems and infrastructure

Experience with O365 tools - Knowledge on Outlook, Skype for Business etc. would be beneficial

Following certifications would be an additional benefit (One or more)

Microsoft Certified Solution Architect

Active Directory Configuration 2008 (70-640)

Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 (70-662)

Deploying O365 (70-321)

Enabling O365 Service (70-347)

Strong interpersonal skills with written and oral communication skills.

Functional competencies

Experience on O365 platform will be preferred

Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

Experienced in creating technical & process documentation related to applications

Behavioral Competencies

Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Demonstrated experience in personnel management

Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients,

and other departments.
