Role Summary/Purpose

In your role as a Disputes Analyst you will be responsible for activities related to GE business portfolios. You will work on Account Receivables Disputes between business and customers of delinquent accounts, to address resolution.

Essential Responsibilities

 Perform analysis of invoices and items in Dispute

 Forecast Disputes items, evaluating and escalating issues to appropriate contacts

 Participate in presentations of dispute items

 Perform analysis of metrics, to extract conclusions and results

 Daily interaction with areas, people and customers, including follow-up


 Bachelor's degree on Accounting Finance or Business Administration with 1 to 2+ years of Finance experience

 Proficient in Microsoft Suite

 Advanced Excel skills

 Fluent English, Portuguese is a plus

 Proven ERP (SAP or Oracle) proficiency
