Eaton Corporation Customer Service Supervisor in Monterrey, Mexico

This position will provide the status on all the expedited orders to Customer Services at PTC, Mexico and Canada and coordinate the expedites with all the Mty plant to meet the shipping dates requested by the customer..

  • Inform on daily bases the current statement on expedites to Customer Service

  • Follow the commit and new sales opportunities with buyer supervisor and buyer planners.

  • Leads the customer furnish material arrival

  • Manage all escalate expedite from Mty on daily bases

  • Change spike demand to MTO orders using A item report

  • Help to release the customer service blocks on the orders

  • Follow up the customer service Survey

  • Leads the Commit orders performance on daily basses

Qualifications

  • Sap Knowledge

  • Customer service and planning experience 5 years

  • Ability to work with functions outside of Mty on PTC , Canada and Mexico

  • Engineering Bachelor

  • Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization

  • Fully bilingual (Spanish/English)
