What do you get to do in this position

This position will be responsible for providing costing support to various locations, as well as leading and completing complex analysis for our stakeholders. This position is highly analytical and technical dealing with a lot of unknowns as we deliver on the strategy of the North America Cost Competency Team.

Responsibility includes providing communication and education on cost in a simplified way for all levels of the organization to understand, driving process improvement in the team, coaching and providing support to the team and developing and being subject matter expert in all areas related to Back Office reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities & Key Tasks:

  • Develop and maintain accurate standard cost for our products, in line with corporate standard definitions and practices

  • Complete understanding of standard costs vs actual costs

  • Leads projects to develop and implement more timely and efficient processes thru standardization to improve efficiency of the NACC team.

  • Assert tactical expertise in all matters related to product costs (both Standard and Actual)

  • Leverage mutualization, analytical skills and internal continuous improvement to deliver exceptional value to the organization.

  • Analyzes, interprets, and report findings to appropriate customers

  • Communicates and provides guidance to stakeholders regarding relevant costing policies.

  • Collaborate and engage with stakeholders

  • Support Business Transformation initiatives (Bridge / SAP Integration)

You fit the following Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance

  • Manufacturing Experience

  • 5+ Years of Cost/ Finance Experience

  • Ability to analysis complex data and provide business recommendations

  • Self-directed with minimal supervision

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • SAP Experience a Plus

  • Strong Leadership Skills

  • Project Management Experience a Plus

  • Strong background in CCO knowledge & reporting a plus

  • Ability to extract and analyze data from Essbase systems
