The Honeywell Thermal Solutions HTS business is seeking a Commercial / Industrial Combustion Sales Representative. The geographic coverage of this position is for Mexico territory. Because of the company's growth and because of the need for leadership for the future, Honeywell is now making new opportunities available for the highest achieving Sales people in this country. This position will work from a home office so, location is flexible.

This position requires a self motivated individual with a business like attention to detail. This individual will be responsible for the commercial / industrial combustion business located in the assigned region. They will be responsible for maintaining Honeywell's strong position in the commercial / industrial combustion safety business while focusing on developing the commercial / industrial combustion systems business going forward.

Key Responsibilities Include: • Achieve annual sales and profitability targets via sales of Combustion Controls in Mexico Region. • Execute marketing and sales programs for territory growth. • Consultant Engineer Sales Calls. • End User Sales Calls. • Provide product training to new and existing contractors. • Work closely with marketing to create and implement customer programs • Establish and build strong contractor relationships. • Leverage strong combustion safety position to build a strong systems business * Sales management of distribution channels

Honeywell Thermal Solutions HTS is a strategic business unit in Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS). HTS provides integrated product solutions in heating and heating processes. Customers include original equipment manufacturers, commercial, homeowners, contractors, retail, trade building Leaders, consulting engineers and distributors.

Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree. • Combustion industry experience 3 year minimum. • Minimum of 3 years direct outside/external customer sales experience (working with new and existing accounts). • Travel 50% - 75% of the time in order to accomplish sales targets

Additional Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience in creating and executing successful client relationships and territory plans. • Influencing and negotiation skills • Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy and self motivated, results oriented person with a strong bias for action. • Ability to work with minimal day-to-day direction • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix- team environment. • A diplomatic approach to conflict resolution. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Computer literate.
