Job Purpose:

The candidate will analyze, operate and administer the customer credit portfolio, onboarding, ensuring delivery of products and services for Corporate and Investment Banking customers Job Background/context:

The Corporate and Investment Banking team is undergoing a complete revamp of the coverage and servicing model that is targeting more focus on key customers, capturing an increased share of the customer business and complete turnaround of the servicing and customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the correct operational execution of credit portfolio, making sure payments, fees, amortizations calculations, credit fees, credit disbursements are done on a timely and accurate basis

  • Maintain tight communication and coordinate with customers and Bankers and internal areas to ensure delivery of products and services to customer.

  • Follow-up and escalate onboarding and documentation related issues with the customer

  • Align customer

  • Create reports on the assigned credit portfolio

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:

• Customer-service role for at least 3 years

• Experience in the financial services industry

• Know-your-customer processes knowledge is a plus

• Experience in credit management is a plus

Qualifications:

• Business Management, Economics, Engineering College degree preferred
