Citi´s Institutional Clients Group (ICG) is looking for an Analyst to join its Real Estate Group. The CRE Group focuses on providing financing and advice to the firm´s real estate clients in diverse industries, such as hospitality, retail, office, industrial and other property types within the commercial real estate industry.
Support Sr Relationship Managers so they can focus on managing client relationships.
Develop well rounded Bankers by working directly in different industries/business units within Banking.
Support Bankers on presentations efforts and marketing initiatives
Support on credit lines requests and exceptions approvals as required
Responsible for ensuring assigned client portfolio is kept current respect to due diligence and anti-money laundering compliance (CADD) requirements
Follow up on client financial documentation for credit and regulatory request
Ensure products implemented in accordance to client expectations and internal policies/ documentation
Ensure investigation of client queries and provide timely responses
Support BAU products requests from clients, interacting with the respective Product Areas
Support on reporting needs
RMs back-up on vacations and absences
Bachelor degree (or proffesional certification in progress) in: Engineering, Administration, Economics, Actuary or related fields.
Fluent in English
Experience in Corporate & Investment Banking or financial industry is a plus.
Proficient use of Microsoft Applications Package (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to develop good professional relationships.
Excellent accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Good organizational skills - ability to multitask and prioritize.
