Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner actively with different business managers to assist on labor relations matters.

  • Create labor relations policies and procedures for the Financial Group.

  • Manage policies of individual and collective labor relations.

  • Identification and timely review of risks.

  • Extensive coordination with HR Generalists, Compliance and the Global Ethics Office.

  • Interconnection with internal and external teams of all levels.

  • Handle confidential inquiries.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Law, International Relations, Political Science or related careers.

  • Minimum of six years of experience in labor matters / labor relations.

  • Proven experience in handling complaints and labor administrative procedures.

  • Interact with critical areas of the company.

  • Handle situations in dynamic and complex environments

  • Advanced English - American legal language knowledge.

  • Microsoft tools knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
