Partner actively with different business managers to assist on labor relations matters.
Create labor relations policies and procedures for the Financial Group.
Manage policies of individual and collective labor relations.
Identification and timely review of risks.
Extensive coordination with HR Generalists, Compliance and the Global Ethics Office.
Interconnection with internal and external teams of all levels.
Handle confidential inquiries.
Bachelor in Law, International Relations, Political Science or related careers.
Minimum of six years of experience in labor matters / labor relations.
Proven experience in handling complaints and labor administrative procedures.
Interact with critical areas of the company.
Handle situations in dynamic and complex environments
Advanced English - American legal language knowledge.
Microsoft tools knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to structure solutions to key issues.
Work on multiple assignments at the same time.
Good judgment and strong skills in decision making.
Effective negotiation skills.
Pragmatic thinking and analytical skills.
