What do you get to do in this position?

Coordinate the day-to-day manufacturing activities of production workers to meet the production schedules, volume, cost and quality standards

  • 1. Engineer arrangement and make sure to complete the manufacturing orders on time with good quality.

  • >

  • 2. Ensure finish goods shipment on time, occasionally.

  • >

  • 3. Engineer training (multi-skill) arrangement, improve productivity and efficiency – continuous improvement projects.

  • >

  • 4. Reduce scrap rate.

  • >

  • 5. Handle and coordinate quality problem occurring on production line.

  • > 6. Complete monthly production report, quality records and operator evaluation on time.
