As an Advanced Workload GBB TSP for our Enterprise Mobility business, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of achieving Microsoft?s business metrics and beachhead wins for our new Advanced Workloads in Security and Mobility, by providing strong technical sales leadership, overcoming technical sales objections, supporting partner sales execution and engaging with key stakeholders across our Enterprise Cybersecurity Group (ECG), and appropriate product engineering teams Our WW GBB organization represents the technical elite of our sales capabilities supporting our most important customers and most advanced usage scenarios for cutting edge products and leading solutions. The GBB organization is a part of WW Specialist Sales in the WW EPG sales organization (Enterprise and Partner Group), and we aim to improve ?time to scale? for our businesses. We are responsible for building the Microsoft brand as the world?s most trusted and leading provider of Mobility & Security services. We take new acquisitions and new products & services (and often new business models), and we have a worldwide dedicated sales team in 3 time zones who take these products from inception or acquisition to broad field sales integration. This position will be based in the Responsibilities include: * Drive the Enterprise Mobility + Security (focusing on Advanced Workloads) business metrics through excellence in technical sales strategy and execution. * Develop and improve Advanced Workload technical scenarios using CAS, ATA and AIP * For large and complex opportunities, provide deep technical SME support for Core Field Sellers. * Develop a deep technical understanding of our competitor Enterprise Mobility solutions, become the Security SME. * Empower and educate broader sales teams and other technical disciplines through knowledge sharing and thought leadership * Contribute to the monthly Rhythm of the Business focusing on effectively achieving the Beachhead Win, metric, compete wins, reference wins, and necessary course correction actions in the business. Ideally, the successful candidate will have: * 8+ years of related technical sales experience * Strong understanding around the Enterprise sales motion * Experience in the Enterprise Mobility and Cybersecurity strongly desired, particularly focusing on Identity Management and information protection. * Passion for sales and understanding of the specialist sales model and through and with partner selling, motivating and enabling the partner pre-sales and technical competency. * Strong communication skills with the ability to work and lead through influence in a cross-group environment. * Strong analytical and problem solving skills. * Effective written and verbal communication skills to work with both internal and external audiences as a spokesperson and advocate. * The candidate should be willing to travel 35% of his/her time to conduct customer and partner visits.
