Honeywell Sr Customer Service Assistant in Mexico City, Mexico
Responsible for processing all sales orders for new and existing customers. This position requires the ability to work independently, and take control of all aspects of order processing. Daily phone and email correspondence related to order confirmation, order entry, order fulfillment and associated accounting are daily requirements.
Order Processing in SAP Maintain accurate customer records in all software systems. Communicate with sales, finance, plant and logistics to clarify any missing information or inconsistencies on orders. Respond to customer, sales, and other business groups inquiries or questions relating to order fulfillment. Maintain file systems and daily filing tasks for all orders. Perform other related duties in support of the office as assigned by supervisor.
BA degree (recently graduated and eager to learn on fast paced environment; any hands on experience in customer service & order administration (not call center), project management or customer facing (internal / external is a plus ). Experience in telephone etiquette and protocol. Excellent English communication (both written and verbal) skills. Ability to learn new skills, adapt to changing environment. Strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work with team members. Strong sense of urgency; must be able to deliver high quality work in timely manner. Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of activities throughout the day. Advance Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
