Dell Specialist 2, Inside Product in Mexico City, Mexico
Responsible for selling a defined set of products and services. Provides technical advice to the inside sales teams during the sales process. Accountable for delivering technical solutions, products, and /or services that address customer needs of varying complexity (via telephone, chat, web, or e-mail); or working with subject matter expert to address a solution of even higher complexity.
· Acts as a technical resource to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives · May own account sets and/or be called into accounts as opportunities are identified · Identifies customer needs/ requirements, and recommends the appropriate products and solutions. · Promotes and positions key strategic service offerings that help drive solutions · Remains up-to-date on new product, technology, and services offerings · Stays current on industry and vertical solutions as well.
· 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Preference experience in Distribution market. · Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors’ products and pricing · Effectively use software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint · Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals · Strong knowledge of applicable Dell technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs · Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors’ products and pricing · Ability to interact in a teamwork environment to support peers and ISRs in MX teams · Demonstrate professionalism with peers, subordinates, superiors, and customers · Ability to communicate effectively through email, excellent writing skills, grammar and spelling · Strong relationship focus, CE both internal and external · Reliable, verifiable good attendance and able to walk the extra mile as business needs it · Solid knowledge of Pipeline management , ability to forecast weekly/monthly sales · Manage time and prioritize effectively; demonstrate an ability to cope with a complex and changing environment · Highly organized and able to work with extended customers databases. · High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferences · Familiarity with the Salesforce.com
