Summary: • The Sales Rep will be responsible for helping the Sales Director execute their sales development plans to ultimately meet and exceed an aggressive booking target, and ensuring successful and broad deployment of Nuance products across the territory.

Responsibilities:

• Named Account penetration, account planning and opportunity management

• Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI

• Consistently achieving assigned booking goals on a quarterly and annual basis

• Developing a solid pipeline of major account opportunities where Nuance products will be deployed across the Latin America Territory

• Developing relationships within the accounts to assist in gaining ‘mind share’ as it relates to sales and marketing programs

• Developing relationships within the accounts to assist in gaining ‘mind share’ as it relates to sales and marketing programs

• Latin America Territory Responsibility

• Target markets to focus on: TELCOs, but preferably with experience selling in Banks, BPOs, Retail & Government Institutions.

• Selling Contact Center Solutions: (IVR, Speech, CTI, Voice Biometrics, NLU, Call Steering, Virtual Assistants and Professional Services) to Enterprise Customers

• Selling Inbound and Outbound Solutions including; Network Speech Products, IVR, Mobile, Virtual Assistants, Voice Biometrics & Third Party IVR and CTI (Avaya, Genesys , Cisco, etc. ) .

• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with Nuance products

Qualifications

• BS technical degree or equivalent

• 10+ years of above quota sales experience as a Regional Sales Manager (Individual Contributor)

• Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally

• Fluent (and in business setting) in Spanish & English. Fluent in Portuguese is plus

• Enterprise sales experience with and actionable rolodex of decision makers

• Experience working with Channel partners and understanding of a channel centric go to market approach

Number of Years of Work Experience: 10+

Required Skills:

. Direct Enterprise Software selling experience to large enterprises companies in LatAm

· Hunter mentality and resourceful creating own leads and pipeline within existing customers

· Very comfortable in the “C” suite with a track record of closing software licensing and PS deals

· Strong executive presence

· Forecasting commitments and forecasting accuracy

· Exceptional management, interpersonal, written and presentation skills

· Able to work independently

· Use CRM systems (Sales Force) extensively

· Track record of success and knowledge with prospects and customers in the defined territory

. Solution and Consultative Selling Skills

. Strong business development sales experience.

. Ability to effectively present technical information to a non technical audience

. Ability to confront, address and negotiate difficult situations in a diplomatic and tactful manner

. Able to prioritize and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously

. Experience, selling complex, large-scale projects to the large Enterprise and effective territory development and execution.

Preferred Skills: MBA

Education: BS preferred in a technical discipline
