The Recruiter will implement the company’s global recruitment strategy to provide hiring managers with high quality talent and fill staff and field positions in a timely manner. The Recruiter will screen and interview candidates and present recommended

candidates to hiring managers for further consideration. This position will liaise with regional and functional teams to prioritize recruitment activities at least one quarter in advance. The Recruiter will communicate with hiring managers and HR teams continuously

regarding candidate feedback to reduce time to fill while maximizing quality of hire.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Implement the company’s global recruitment strategy to provide hiring managers with high quality talent and fill staff and field positions in a timely manner

 Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, technical schools, and other sources to build a high quality, diverse candidate pool

 Manage recruiting outreach efforts including advertising, networking, employee referrals, and campus recruiting

 Collaborate with hiring managers to create a detailed staffing plan and ensure a clear understanding of candidate requirements

 Participate in quarterly workforce meetings to prioritize recruitment activities at least one quarter in advance

 Screen and interview potential candidates

 Document all interview activities, including questions and answers, and maintain on the UltiPro database to ensure compliance with local laws

 Communicate with hiring managers on a weekly basis to provide updates on candidate screenings and interviews and present candidates recommended for further consideration

 Schedule interviews for hiring managers and functional and regional leaders and follow up with interviewers to obtain feedback in a timely manner

 Manage the Ultipro recruitment module by creating requisitions, reviewing applicants, updating tracking statuses, and annotating candidates which might be best fit for alternate positions in the future

 Liaise with regional and functional teams to anticipate upcoming vacancies and work with sourcers to find, screen, and interview candidates in order to reduce time to fill

 Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop and extend offers

 Brief the Recruitment Manager on time to fill metrics and quality of hire

 Perform other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

 Extensive knowledge of recruiting tactics

 Ability to multi-task in a high volume administration

 Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

 Excellent attention to detail

 Strong customer service skills

 Deadline driven

 Minimal travel required

 English proficiency required

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

4-6 years of experience in recruiting required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
