  • Business purpose: *

Monitors and takes action for the quality control of a specific quality area (e.g. in some part of the product creation or delivery process).


Solve quality issues innovatively and actively. Assure compliance to in-house and\or external specifications and standards e.g. ISO regulations. Contribute to planning and deployment of agreed quality projects within own expertise area. Handle semi routine tasks requiring some discretion and judgment. Carry out tasks/activities according to assignment and set guidelines with moderate degree of supervision and coaching.

  • Position Description: *

  • Develop and Implement Quality metrics and scorecards.

  • Prepare and present Quality KPI reports.

  • Utilizes Quality tools and techniques e.g. RCA / Continuous improvement

  • Provides support on utilization and development of knowledge on Quality methods and tools

  • Understand Quality system and responsible business area processes and in line with agreed standards e.g. ISO 9001:2008, TL9000

  • Execute Quality & Continuous Improvement tasks

  • Provide support and guidance on quality matters

  • Interface and communicate with different teams within the organization on quality issues.

  • Assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards

  • Conducts and supports Quality Management System audits and reviews

  • Carry out Quality reviews & Process Audits and ensure that the Quality System is implemented consistently & effectively.

  • Regular communication on quality topics and issues

  • Promotes and develops Quality Culture and mindset

  • Continuously monitors document Quality during the case lifecycle

  • Promote Quality competence training and development

Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree and Above
