The purpose of the Service Solution Management is to optimize cost and maximize effectiveness and efficiency in winning new customer contracts. Professional tendering is required to ensure cost-effective solutions for NSN, perform risk analyses, consolidate & manage service deliverables from different LOBs.

Preparation of overall customer services solution

Assigns and assemble services sub team from earmarked resources based on requirement of the bid and capability of the resources

Initiates Service Kick off meeting along with RSSM keeping BM and TSL in the loop

Interfaces with Regional Service Solution Manager (RSSM), Service Product Managers (Regional, CSSC In-house PdMs, NI CBS)

Responsible for providing the complete Service Solution after analyzing service requirements

Responsible for costing for implementation, integration, Operation, Care, Project Management

Pricing recommendation

Responsible for Services SoC, Service Summaries, Service Solution Descriptions

Consolidates the service offer and service related risks and assumptions.

Service strategy & updating services bid directive

Responsible and accountable for quality review (specialist and final review of all opportunities) of the services deliverables

Key member for all reviews

Discussions with regional counterparts

Responsible for optimization of the offered services solution

Ensure synergies across Service BLs and technical solutions Prepares service solution / implementation concept. Ensure the concept of Smart Tendering during bids. Mentor the junior team members & give trainings to internal colleagues. Extensive knowledge of the different Service BL's & preferrebly would have worken in one of the services BL. Responsible to create region specific cost benchmark data for review purposes. Responsible for service deliverables for must-win & complex cases. Ideally should work as a SSL for these cases.

Competence evaluation of the team & developing the CoDe plan for the team accordingly.
