Nobel Biocare is currently looking for a Marketing Manager, which purpose is to supervise the activities of the Marketing Department on a day-to-day basis to ensure that Marketing strategies are rolled out according to plan and that Marketing and T&E activities are organized efficiently and in a cost-effective way and that recommendations and reports are accurate and timely.

Main Accountabilities: * Contributes to the implementation of overall marketing strategy for Mexico, according to the must wins, and local objectives * Guarranties effective product launches in the local market * Manages T&E and events operations * Manages the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding Marketing and T&E and develops customer account plans together with the Sales Force * Defines a communication plan to enhance Nobel Biocare’s image and to provide additional value to customers through programs and product marketing, as well as T&E and event communication. * Analyses the sales that have been generated from sales campaigns, the products that grown or fallen to ensure that the right "push" will be made. * Increases the value of Nobel Biocare’s brand within key customer segments by introducing value added programs and the partnership program * Create attractive and innovative tools for the partnership program * Controls and analyses the Peformance Report /Smart Courses * Implements the guidelines and rules for managing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) / Key Influence Leader (KIL) and supports the subsidiary in implementing and adapting these guidelines and rules; this includes a more unified management of Advisory Boards and Professional Associations * Develops and supports university and student relation programs and implements these programs in the subsidiary accordingly * Manages and drives all aspects of T&E, including local and global events (Nobel Biocare Symposium) and top account retention events * Define the content of educational programs for all the decided key solutions, according to the must wins, launches and products that need an extra boost. * Develops local speakers so that they can be promoted nationally and internationally (if applicable) for T&E, Events and Congresses, based on local and international networking. * Defines with the speaker their yearly commitments (invitations, contracts, honorarium, travel expenses, number of courses, etc.) * Prepares and oversees scientific content at events and congresses. * Reports the outcomes of Nobel Biocare courses (participants, new customers, expenses, sales) and takes corrective measures, after discussing with management team (if necessary). * Finds new ways to attract participants to T&E programs and events. * Coordinates internal staff training regarding product and clinical knowledge, Smart courses. * Coordinates with the country Regional Director and sales force on which third party courses Nobel Biocare should support and how. * Constant communication with the Sales Force to agree on the best T&E activities which drive Nobel Biocare and with the actual sales force to deliver the correct and most effective T&E. * Lead project management related marketing * Lead On Line Store channel

Your profile: * University or Bc degree, preferably in Marketing; * Excellent marketing, product and market knowledge. * Proficient in MS Office applications (mainly PowerPoint, Word, Excel); * CRM (salesforce.com) and ERP (SAP) user * Understanding of country specifics and market demands; * Strong communicative skills and presentation capabilities; * Preferrably more than three years experience in Healthcare Marketing. * * Experience implementing Local Marketing Strategy * Experience managing and drives marketing activities, events, congress and symposiums * Experience managing KOL * Project Management
