The Team Our team provides world class benefits to Latin America employees and dependents through the design, delivery and execution of high quality benefits programs and services.
Cisco is looking for a Benefits Representative to join our team in Mexico City and the role will report to our Senior Americas Benefits Delivery Manager. We are seeking a bright, detail-oriented Benefits Representative to join the Americas Benefits Delivery function. This role will contribute to the delivery of services provided to our Latin America employees.
Role & Responsibilities ● Collaborate with internal/external business partners, vendors and program managers to develop and maintain operational excellence.
● Partner with Latam Benefits Manager on the implementation of projects and services aligned to Cisco’s Benefits service delivery framework and employee experience strategy.
● Manage high profile benefits escalations received from employees, management and HR business Partners.
● Analyze benefits escalations, assess root cause, implement solutions to reduce escalations and improve processes.
● Responsible for providing data analysis, metrics reporting, and ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders.
● Partner with COE and local HR partners to implement policies and deliver benefits projects in alignment with employee self-service and engagement strategies.
● Drives other special projects where needed.
Minimum Qualifications ● 5 years benefits experience, with a focus on benefits administration, project and vendor management ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience ● Outstanding communication skills (listening, needs assessment, empathy) ● Must be a self-starter, possess excellent organization and critical thinking skills ● Effective English and Spanish verbal and written skills, Portuguese a Plus ● Knowledge of local programs, plans and regulatory requirements in Latin America ● Exceptional partnership, influence and conflict resolution skills ● Thrive in an environment with an agenda for change, growth, and innovation. Can demonstrate the ability to operate continually at an up-tempo pace in a dynamic, fast moving culture.
