Our Consumer Health Care Products segment includes a broad range of products used in the baby care, skin care, oral care, wound care and women’s health care fields, as well as nutritional and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products, and wellness and prevention platforms.

Position Description:

• Responsible to accelerate Innovation maximizing local and regional key initiatives building the right portfolio via LPLC and RPLC governance

• Leads Local innovation process and governance (LPLC, Project Development Team, closely working with Regional Marketing Office)

• Partner with RMO and local Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Sales to ensure local initiatives execution as (GBIs, Promo Packs, In&Outs) to deliver MexiCam key brand plans and targets

• Support MexiCAM Strategic Plan process development and implementation

Responsibilities:

Innovation Management

o The Innovation and Strategic Planning Supervisor is responsible for coordinate Local Innovation Projects as GBIs, In&Outs, PromoPacks implementation, working closely with Mkt, Shopper, and functional areas, ensuring all areas self-accountability.

o Leads all innovation projects development & governance process (local and Global projects), as well as LPLC, working directly with the Regional Marketing Office.

o Responsible for Consumer Portfolio, connecting with the Region, local marketing and RGM teams, is responsible for portfolio optimization recommendation.

Strategic Planning

o Drives the Strat Plan Process for the MexiCAM HUB ensuring necessary work is accomplished, including data analysis, financial analysis, forecasting, reviewing syndicated and non-syndicated data, identifying market and consumer trends, and fully understanding the 6 C’s methodology.

o Coordinates and secures High Management approval under the J&J Business Planning Process

o Engages and works cooperatively with internal Johnson & Johnson key stakeholders in the Hub and with the Regional Leaders within the S&I Organization validating HUB strategies and key drivers.

o Provides written updates and reports on the progress of projects as required.

Information Analysis to support Strat Plan development and Business Management.

o Analyses and plans for the different categories and countries in conjunction with key internal and external stakeholders

o Analyses constituent data for a range of exercises (e.g. macroeconomics, cost to compete per market / category, demographics, cost benchmarking, etc).

o Analyses and interprets data gathered from key agencies and J&J internal sources to support the strategic planning process and to evaluate New Brands and new Business Initiatives

Qualifications

Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. An MBA preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role

Fully bilingual (ENG)

Must be a strategic and analytical thinker

Applies business acumen and common sense

Detail and results orientated

Self-motivated

Is able to withstand pressure and setbacks

Is able to operate effectively with competing demands

Good time management skills
