Position Description

Position Purpose

Manage human resources processes and provide attention to staff in: recruitment and selection, personnel administration, policy implementation, communication, benefits, training and organizational development.

Major/Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the process together with Shared services and personnel selection

  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations and requirements

  • Creation of induction plan for new hires

  • Control the process of high, low and modification of the payroll staff

  • Participate in the personnel incident process (E/R)

  • Keep personnel information accurate and complete in HR systems

  • Determination of training needs and training system management.

  • Personnel file management and maintenance of the same

  • Management of monthly reports of headcount

  • Participation in the process of pay review, merits and Bonus.

  • Promote the effective implementation of human resources policies and processes

  • Participation in the processes of evaluation of performance PDP and survey for employees Brambles (BES)


  • Coverage in time and form of staff vacancies

  • Handling of legal requirements without any time

  • Delivery of HC reports in dates and time

  • Fulfillment of dates for HR corporate processes

  • Information 100% complete and correct in HR systems.

  • Have the updated Cicadeph plan

Authority/ Decision Making

  • Proposal in human resources solutions are raised to HR management and will be authorized by the regional HR management

  • Lic. Psychology, LPO, business administration or related career


  • Minimum 3-year experience as a human resources generalist

  • Management of a human resources system for personnel administration

  • Experience in transnational company

  • Corporate Experience

  • Knowledge in compensation

  • Knowledge of labor laws applicable to human resources issues

  • Knowledge of IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot

  • Previous experience in plant Operations and unions
