We are looking for

This position is responsible for development and implementation of the strategy to achieve Industry Leading profitable growth in Modernization Business. Scope includes the development of improved systems/tools, processes and talent needed to enhance our competitive ability in the modernization market. Partner with KONE Americas (ENA) and global leadership to ensure alignment by identifying and sharing best business practices.

Skills, Education and Experience

Entry Level Requirements

(Experience) At least ten years progressive sales and General Management (managing people, budgets, planning, etc.) in the vertical transportation or related construction or building services industries

Professional Requirements

(Education) 4 year college degree

Business Understanding

(Specific Skills, Knowledge & Behavior)

Knowledge:

  1. Comprehensive understanding of modernization related sales and marketing strategy development and implementation.

  2. Comprehensive understanding of KONE’s processes, procedures, policies and contracts/product offerings

3 Familiarity with modernization related customer needs and

competitor modernization/product offerings and

practices.

4 Laws and regulations regarding safety and environmental

governmental regulations.
