We are recruiting for a content expert to spearhead content marketing across the business as part of our Digital Transformation programme.
As a subject-matter-expert, your role will focus on content marketing – both contributing to brand and business growth through content and identifying new opportunities to improve the current state of creative content. You will use your energy and expertise to educate others, embedding stand-out content skills into the marketing community.

Top 3-5 Accountabilities:
Ongoing Annual and program planning in sync with rest of Communications ecosystem (brands, agencies, PR, media, experiential, etc.)
Brand Creative Content Strategy and execution by campaign/program
Brand creative partnerships and content hubs
Influencers strategies and programs
Project management to ensure all creative executions are on time in full
Measurement and evaluation of creative strategies and executions
Trainings and workshops with the team to constantly raise the bar in Creative
Educate and upskill the marketing community
Qualifications and responsibilities:
Whether you are currently client side, agency, tech or media role, you will be a passionate individual with sustained, demonstrable experience in digital marketing, creativity, content and publishing.
Proactively turns consumer insights and business objectives into brilliant creative ideas to maximize the value integrated comms adds to the business
Seeks out creative excellence on all programs to ensure our brands break through and become culturally relevant
Leads a seamless planning and execution process fully integrated with the rest of Comms disciplines
Seeks constant improvement and a learning culture for the company to become a reference of great creative internally (Diageo) and externally (CPG)

You will operate successfully in a fast moving environment, taking a constantly curious attitude.
