CSR Specialist

This position reports to the Director, Honeywell Hometown Solutions and is responsible for managing Honeywell Hometown Solutions daily operations, assisting HHS LATAM programs, and executive administrative support for HHS global signature programs, employee giving and 101A grants.

Events and Program Management Manage HHS partner program development and implementation in LATAM Manage digital media and content development for LATAM Manage the onsite Honeywell Initiative for Science and Engineering Program and Event team in Mexico Provide onsite support for town halls, senior executive visits, and logistics management Provide global support for HHS programs and development of events 101a Grants and Volunteering Management Coordination with regional teams for tracking, reporting and analysis of allocated 101A Grants Presentations, digital asset management Coordinate quarterly/yearly activity schedule for HHS volunteering program partner Seasonal project calendar development/management Coordination with vendor for program reports

Employee giving vendor liaison Project management, troubleshooting, and employee help desk management Research: Giving charity/cause status update, Industry best practices Support Employee Giving Reporting and Analytics

General Administrative support Order and track HHS program promotional items and inventory Respond to Hometown Solutions email inbox; including public and employee inquiries Respond to Hon.com and HHS inquiries via SFDC Mail processing including receipt of checks, general inquiries, records receipts, etc. Digital filing and record-keeping Assist HHS Director with Outlook Calendar Meeting Invitations, responses and travel; including visas internal stakeholder coordination Process, procedure updates Coordination with HRS Data and Reporting teams for weekly global employee demographic files and data update Coordination with Purchasing for contract agreement / SOW fulfillment Project management, troubleshooting, and employee help desk management Research: Giving charity/cause status update, Industry best practices Support Employee Giving Reporting and Analytics

HHS Team site and Digital Asset Library Manage centralized, indexed database repository for all HHS data, digital assets, documents, reference materials (weekly updates)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated successful experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Corporate Communications

Proficiency in MS Office Suite including MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel (V look up and pivot tables), MS project, SharePoint, Marketo and Salesforce Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English Ability to support multiple VP and Director level leaders globally Ability to multi task with global perspective and manage competing priorities
