Mondelez International is looking for Commercial Finance Traditional Trade Coordinator

  • Provide financial support in controlling function and for the entire Sales team in its day to day operations and planning process. Business Partner in Markets that contributes consistently to exceed Mondelez goals. The support includes trade funds evaluation, planning and closing process and deep analysis, explanations of channel profitability, net revenue management and controlling, SoX.

  • Analyze and give monthly visibility of TT customer’s performance to foster decision quality in order to improve/ maintain growth & profitability. Reporting and presentation of monthly results giving explanations of the main drivers of the channel performance.

  • Tracking and evaluation of total Trade Spend in the channel and to identify opportunities.

  • Financial support in JBP ok key customers.

  • Support in Net Revenue Management (ROI of promotional activities and trade terms control).

  • Monthly Closing process ensuring correct booking of accruals and sufficiency.

  • Give guidance to our commercial controlling Team in the adequate control of policies for Sales.

  • Participation in IBP market process, analyzing internal and external channels kpis (Nielsen, Scantrack, Customers Sell Out, Sell in) and assessing planning risks & opportunities in short & med term

  • Understanding of Mondelez processes and policies regarding financial planning and reporting process;

  • Solid understanding of how to frame financial evaluations of business proposals to define financial viability of a project

The successful candidate will be a:

  • Bachelor’s degree (business administration, accounting/finance).

  • Excel advanced skills (desirable)

  • Business Controlling.

  • Business Acumen & Partnership - financial/ commercial acumen.

  • Managing different priorities & stakeholders.
