This role is responsible for operations management. The role facilitates the business unit management review processes and system. The role provides operational support to the business unit leader, including: revenue and profit performance analysis, account growth and erosion analysis, financial performance, gaps, key initiatives. The role manages and improves processes, measurements and deliverable standardization to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Maintains close linkage to GEO/IOT and global BU counterparts within the BMO to advance standard processes an deliverables.
