PayPal Business Development Manager - Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico
The Manager of Business Development will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, implementing and managing strategic partnerships in Mexico in order to drive incremental growth. This individual will be responsible for defining the strategy and type of partners that will be in scope for Mexico and also develop and manage the relation with these partners. She/he will interact across the commercial and marketing teams, particularly when the partner is also a merchant. This position is based in Mexico City.
Set and lead business development strategy for Mexico.
Advocate and communicate strategy to LATAM and cross-functional leadership.
Identify step change growth opportunities for strategic partnerships.
Negotiate multi-faceted, complex deals for the region and ensure proper implementation as well as ongoing management.
Manage the full project lifecycle from ideation through launch.
Work cross-functionally to gain buy-in, support, and assistance.
Manage and grow relation with partners, identifying incremental opportunities.
Interact with the different product teams to drive development of products that can support strategic partnerships.
Conduct business analytics to support each opportunity and monitor performance data
Ability to set expectations and manage stakeholder relationships successfully.
Ability to build internal and external alliances to gain and share information including industry trends.
