**Neovia Logistics Services, LLC** Business Development Director (Mexico) in MEXICO CITY, Mexico

The position will be responsible for Business Development, development of market share within industry specific sectors, and driving rapid growth for Neovia Logistics. The Director of Business Development will report to the Vice President, Business Development, Americas.

Specific responsibilities of the role include:

  • Meet all KPI’s (Revenue and EBITDA targets) and RPI’s identified to meet or exceed KPI’s

  • Align sales activities with Neovia’s new business process and perform all routine management (reporting, CRM updating, meetings, etc.)

  • Identify strategic targets, nurture, build key prospect/customer contacts in target companies at executive / leadership levels

  • Identify customer needs, define and communicate pursuit strategy to match Neovia services

  • Develop pricing strategy for each opportunity

  • Develop opportunity and account playbooks/account management plans and perform joint business planning

  • Negotiate Logistics Services Agreements, negotiate and close deals.

  • Minimum qualification is at least five years of demonstrated success selling Logistics/Supply Chain Services for a major 3PL/LSP

  • Preferred experience selling service parts logistics, inbound logistics, and finished product distribution solutions to Automotive, Industrial, Technology, and Aerospace companies.

  • A rolodex of contacts that will rapidly build a pipeline with Automotive or Industrial targets.

  • Excellent in building and maintaining strong and trustful relationships with prospective decision-makers

  • Track record of meeting and/or over-achieving sales revenue and profit margin targets by being able to match logistics services offerings/solutions with customer needs.

  • Strong ability to build relationships, work well across functions and to gain buy-in. Proven track record of achieving viable growth results by demonstrating strong customer orientation

  • Sound strategic thinking skills with an entrepreneurial spirit

  • A self-starter with a passion for outside Sales and BD. Must possess relevant, hands-on experience and demonstrated success in negotiating and winning complex deals

  • Strong financial and business acumen – must be comfortable in management and budget meetings to discuss profitability and margin targets which includes the ability to identify risks

  • Strong presentation skills; has commanding presence. Genuine, respected and has a positive attitude

  • Good communication skills (both oral and written); interacts effectively with colleagues in other departments and business lines by being a good listener, communicating regularly, providing input and building consensus

  • Willing and able to travel weekly or as required

  • Must be bilingual Spanish

  • Able to work in the US.

  • Open to relocation.
