  • Reports to the Vice President of Mexico Projects but provides support for all the Mexico Business Leadership Team;

  • Assist and orientation to the Mexico Business Leadership Team with his/her tasks and in any duties when assigned;

  • Make recommendations with knowledge of the practices and procedures of the company, as well as select and interpret the information;• Manage calendars and coordinate the reservation of meeting rooms;• Planning, organizing and scheduling of complex and sensitive tasks;• Management of budgets and payments, providing monthly reports and future forecast;• Coding invoices and managing the signature process for invoices and other documents;• Arrange travel reservations/purchase of airline tickets and hotels;• Assist with translations;• Coordinate the use of drivers;• Provide support to management staff from others TC offices when they visit Mexico City;• Prepare and creates documents, reports, information analyses and materials to support leaders;• Manage corporate document flow;• Supervision for other associates, including training, coaching, planning and monitoring;• Provide SAP and other system support;• Other tasks as required. Qualifications and Education: Qualifications and Abilities:

  • Minimum six years experience.

  • Must have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, especially when managing heavy workloads.

  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.

  • Professional integrity, reliability and discretion.

  • Interpersonal skills are very important to this position; this individual will interact with variety of individuals from both inside and outside the company;

  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to work positively with others in a team environment Education:

  • High School, clerical studies, technical degree or administration degree.

  • Computer skills, able to handle standard programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and SAP.
