Microsoft Services is looking for a Dynamics CRM Solution Architect who has a mix of deep hands on CRM experience, sales acumen, CRM project delivery as well as strategic business acumen. This role requires high level of experience on commercial business processes (sales, marketing and customer attention), vertical industries (Financial Sector (Banking, Inssurance), government, Telco, retail, utilities and others). Also is required both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to architect solutions by mapping common customer business problems to reusable end-to-end technology solutions. Proven experience delivering complex CRM projects. Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level business and technology decision makers discussions related to CRM, business processes benefits, business value, technology alignment, and end to end information technology and security is also a must. Architects are key enablers for other consultants and partner staff. ?Solution Architects have a passion for the customer which is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience. The CRM Solution Architect must apply advanced analysis skills and experience in principals of the Dynamics CRM Solution to provide detailed reliable solutions and estimates for service implementations. To be credible he or she must have current and deep experience with implementing large Microsoft Dynamics CRM engagements or other large scale CRM systems as Siebel and SalesForce.com.? Understanding of competitive technology enables the architect to properly assess feasibility of migrating customer solutions from, and/or integrating with customer solutions hosted on, non-Microsoft platforms.? Advanced domain knowledge in one or more vertical industry is also an asset.? Pre Sales Architects are expected to gain and maintain effective product group relationships. Expert level knowledge required assisting customers in architecting, planning, testing and deploying solutions including the following:? Capacity to maintain business process conversations with BDMs and TDMs. Proven experience selling consulting engagements/projects which includes estimating, scoping, staffing and writing effective statements of work that clearly set expectations and limit risk. Large enterprise deployment experience in complex heterogeneous environments. Demonstrated experience on delivering complex CRM projects for main industries: Telco, Financial Sector (Banks, Insurance, Capital Market), Government, Utilities, Retail and others. Demonstrated excellence at presenting complex development topics to both executive and technical personnel. An ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms including a working knowledge of different architectural frameworks that may be used by our customers. Working knowledge of specialized tools, solutions or ISV whether they be Microsoft partners or competitors. Knowledge of full application life cycle design tools and methodologies as Sure Step, SDM and Agile. Capacity to create, lead and be part of teams composed by Partners and extended teams. Exceptionally demonstrated consulting skills. Ability to move between high level architectural review/design and the ?roll up the sleeves? level of actually doing all phases of an application delivery project. Proven capacity to learn and investigate new solutions and products around Dynamics CRM. Be aware about new versions, components, features and be able to demonstrate this in front of the customers. The CRM Solution Architect helps customer account teams identify, pursue and close strategic business development opportunities while continually driving add-on business within existing projects.? To accomplish this, CRM Architect must be effective in fostering executive level relationships.? They also play a key role in employing, leveraging partners and Global Delivery (Software Factory) as part of the overall Microsoft services delivery model. They need to have good understanding of CRM, solutions, offerings and be able to translate business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and/or statements of work (SOW).? The CRM Solution Architect will be required to assist or provide technical quality oversight at various points throughout a project lifecycle.? To be successful, he or she must have proven experience managing projects through the entire project lifecycle.? This includes managing multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction.? The role requires an individual who is resourceful, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in both crisis management and expectation management.?
