Reference Code: 1702832 Position Title: Key Account Manager Location: Mexico City Reports to: Sales Manager - Walmart Team We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with Walmart Team for Outdoor & Recreation and Home Segments. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term business relations by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be building strong relationships with this Top Customer. The Key Account Manager will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s brands and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success with Walmart Customer. Responsibilities: Develop trust relationships with a portfolio (Rubbermaid, Coleman, Contigo, Bubba & Graco) to ensure they do not turn to competition. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Expand the relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Ensure the correct products are delivered to customer in a timely manner. Serve as the link of communication between customer and internal teams. Resolve any issues or problems faced by customer to maintain trust. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA, MKT, or any other Business Carrier). Desirable to have experience with the way Walmart works (Retail Link). Qualified candidates must have a proven record of results, commitment, ambition, and drive toward establishing and achieving goals. Candidate must be able to work as a team player and have demonstrated leadership ability. Proven experience as key account manager (1 year ). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. Excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
