Eaton Corporation Tax Analyst in MEX, Mexico
-Responsible for moderately complex projects related to application of tax laws and to preparation of one or all of the following: federal, state, or local tax returns.
-Maintains complete and accurate tax records, prepares reports, and provides recommendations.
-Assist with transfer pricing documentation to ensure appropriate transfer prices are maintained.
-Prepare FAS109 calculations, SIPRED (information package for audit tax report).
-Research and respond to any authority request regarding income tax.
-Support process improvement initiatives such as e-invoicing, e-archiving, evaluated receipt settlement and ensure statutory and tax compliance of such initiatives.
Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in Fiscal and Tax functions in a professional firm or multinational company.
-Excellent technical understanding of the Mexican Tax Laws and Regulations.
-Understanding of US GAAP principles and prior experience preparing FAS 109 calculations.
-Excellent communication skills and great ability to work effectively with peers and superiors.
-Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle and/or SAP.
-Excellent planning of time to handle more than one project at a time.
-More than a basic knowledge in English language.
