As service and support team member, You have the responsibility of supporting our clients for on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of many of the quality products that we manufacture and sell. This can be very complex multimillion dollar projects around GC, GC/MS instruments etc. complete with the appropriate software solutions. Also, providing remote assistance over the phone with state of the art tools for remote support.
Demonstration of excellent communication, teamwork and proactive skills
Experience in GC,LC ,GCMS,LCMS Chromatography
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor of Chemist (Chemical Engineer, QFB, Biochemistry or Biology) or equivalent
