As service and support team member, You have the responsibility of supporting our clients for on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of many of the quality products that we manufacture and sell. This can be very complex multimillion dollar projects around GC, GC/MS instruments etc. complete with the appropriate software solutions. Also, providing remote assistance over the phone with state of the art tools for remote support.

Qualifications
  • Demonstration of excellent communication, teamwork and proactive skills

  • Experience in GC,LC ,GCMS,LCMS Chromatography

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor of Chemist (Chemical Engineer, QFB, Biochemistry or Biology) or equivalent
